Many common problems can be diagnosed using the "", "dbdelta", "dbcross" and "dbxcross" script, and from Web Sablime®, "wsabcheck" (from the Administration menu on the Classic Interface). If you are a Sablime® administrator, please run those scripts and check the output before contacting the help desk.
