Sablime® -- Right-to-Use Software License Agreement Addendum
NOTICE: READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS ADDENDUM BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE. BY DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE YOU SHOW YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS ADDENDUM.
A Sablime® license authorizes access to one and only one Sablime® database instance. Multiple Sablime® binary sets may be used to access that database, and the database may be accessed from multiple hosts. However, any attempt to use a single license key to access multiple databases is prohibited. For the purposes of this agreement, a database instance is defined as one Sablime® "Global Database" or GDB, which may support multiple Active, Inactive, or Source Databases (ADB, IDB, or SDB).
A Sablime® license is keyed to the host name and may include authorization for other hosts (identified by hostname or IP address) to access the database. Using the license key to support independent databases on these other hosts is prohibited. Similarly, using a license key on multiple hosts that have the same host name or IP address is prohibited. Manual or automated modification of the Sablime® license key is also prohibited.
A Sablime® license key stores the list of users that have run Sablime® commands, up to the maximum user count specified in the license key. Sablime® administrators are provided with a tool (pts) to make changes to the status of Sablime® users. Modification of Sablime® users by any other means is prohibited. Systematic de-licensing of active users is also prohibited. For the purposes of this addendum, an "active user" is defined as a user that has executed a licensed Sablime® command in the prior 30 days, and continues to have access to the Sablime® commands.
